Going into work, answering emails, dictating letters and seeing 10 women in a gynaecology clinic. Teach trainee doctor and meet with colleagues at lunchtime. Home in the afternoon to do the laundry, walk the dog and cook dinner. Help kids with homework and take son to piano lesson

3 kids at home and one son who is a student - who comes for dinner on Wednesdays; a husband; two cats and the dog.

Laundry, kids homework, clarsach practice and piano practice, help the kids with other stuff like Guides, walk the dog and go to zumba class. Email friend who is bereaved to support her.

I've put on the breadmaker so there is bread for packed lunches, put the laundry on the pulley to dry, tidied the house and had a shower
