Jane-Claire is CEO of Chest, Heart and Stroke Scotland, one of Scotland’s three part time Human Rights Commissioners, and a member of the NHS Health Scotland Board. She is passionate about rights being realised. She holds an MA Hons in English Literature, an MBA, and is a Health Foundation Fellow.
