6:30, get ready and make breakfast (and packed lunch) for myself and my daughter before dropping her at school.

head to work as a Head of IT in the NHS

attending meetings, writing reports, meeting suppliers, solving problems, managing staff, answering emails etc before heading home at 5

my daughter (I'm a single parent) as well as checking in on my elderly parents to ensure they are ok as one is immobile and the other is frail

pick up anything we need at the shops, cook dinner, tidy the house, pay bills, take my daughter and the dog to a dog training club.

Get back home at 9.30 and fall into bed ready to start again the next day :)
