What will you be doing between 6am and 7am?

Getting up, exercising, showering and getting changed.

What will you be doing between 7am and 8am?

Waking my daughter up, getting her changed and making breakfast for us both. Leaving the house and dropping her off at her grandparents.

What will you be doing between 8am and 9am?

Driving to the train station, half hour train journey during which time I'll check emails or read papers for the day's meetings. Five minute walk to the office.

What will you be doing between 9am and 12pm?

Project work, speaking with colleagues, answering emails

What will you be doing between 12pm and 1pm?

Half hour lunchtime walk in Glasgow city centre followed by a quick bite to eat at my desk.

What will you be doing between 1pm and 2pm?

Attending a learning session with colleagues

What will you be doing between 2pm and 3pm?

Project work, speaking with colleagues, answering emails

What will you be doing between 3pm and 4pm?

Project work, speaking with colleagues, answering emails

What will you be doing between 4pm and 5pm?

Catching a train at 4.40pm and a half hour commute to the train station

What will you be doing between 5pm and 6pm?

Picking up my daughter from nursery, getting home and making dinner for us both.

What will you be doing between 6pm and 7pm?

Weigh in at weight watchers, home, bath my daughter, get her ready for bed which includes reading a bed time story.

What will you be doing between 7pm and 8pm?

Eating my own dinner - reheated from earlier. Any housework including ironing

What will you be doing between 8pm and 9pm?

Some extra reading for work

What will you be doing between 9pm and 10pm?

Bliss - feet up and watching an hour of TV

What will you be doing between 10pm and 11pm?

Bed
