Making Work Visible 2019: Laura's Day
Laura is a community councillor and a community volunteer. Here is what she had to say about her day:
"I don't see the lives of women like me represented often. Living in a rural area a lot of my time is spent travelling to various commitments. I am frustrated by the false division between full-time working ‘career women’ and stay-at-home or part-time ‘Mums'. Most women end up juggling a lot of things, even with a supportive partner."
