Making Work Visible 2019: Jess' Day

Here is what Jess had to say about her day:

"I’m a stay at home Mum with a 2 month old baby and a 3 year old. Days involve breastfeeding, caring for both children, doing the nursery run and housework, going to playgroups, parks and outings for the children. I’m also a volunteer breastfeeding peer supporter though currently on mat leave from this. I think nowadays there’s a bit of a stigma that if you’re an at home Mum or carer you’re not doing proper work. I’d love to challenge this and show what an at home Mum really does all day."
